Zum Werk"The Green Piano Book" is intended to encourage the development of a more creative form of instruction on the piano, but does not claim to be an instruction book on improvisation. In most cases the directions regard to dynamics and articulation have been omitted. One can try out new ideas and experiment even with the music itself. Naturally the pieces can be played as given - but they only become interesting when one plays "with" them. |
